Custom Orders

Interested in getting yourself a custom order? Here's the info:

All you have to do is drop me an email at hello@createdbylottie.com

To give you an idea of pricing, most of my recent custom orders have ranged between £200 - £700 GPB. I calculate the price of a piece based on its size and how many pieces are included, so the more complex designs tend to be more expensive. Though I can substitute glass for paint/wire on some designs keep it budget friendly.

These prices include international postage, however, not custom or import fees. I recommended you check on your local Gov site for that info, including info on US Tariffs

I currently cannot ship to any countries within the EU due to new regulations :(

In the email please let me know a little about what you would like including:

✨Photo references

✨Pose requests

✨Budgets

(If you're unsure I'm always happy to have creative freedom and put something together for you)

If your idea is possible I will respond and prompt you to purchase the custom deposit (via a link to my website). This is £50 and will be taken from the total cost of the piece.

Please only purchase this if prompted to by me, as the deposit is non-refundable.

Once you’ve paid the deposit you can breathe a sigh of relief!

I will design your template about a week before the start date. I’m happy to make up to two revisions per template (small changes don’t count), for further changes there will be a small fee. I’ll also send over some photos of the glass I plan to use. At this point I can give you an exact price for the piece.

I take full payment before I start working on your suncatcher, and it usually takes about 3-4 weeks until it will be ready to ship. I’m not able to make any changes once I have started working on your piece, though minor changes may be made at an additional fee.

Once I have cut all the glass I will send over a progress photo, then another when it’s all finished just before I ship!

If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to drop me a message
